Pricing
All prices are in £ (GBP).
The total cost of your order is the price of the item which includes uk delivery. We try to ensure all prices on our website are correct and up to date.
Delivery
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. However, at Christmas time and new year, deliveries could take longer.
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of your order being placed and once the full payment has been received.
All deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For or via Courier and so tracking can be provided. a signature will be required upon delivery.
We offer free shipping within the UK and this will automatically be added at the checkout. If you are outside the UK, please select your shipping destination at the checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated.
Although, ALL orders over £125 include free shipping.
Foreign Buyers
If you are from Overseas (outside the UK), then payment must be through Paypal only, We respectfully ask that you contact us before buying, so that we can reserve the item for you and give you a shipping quote.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us directly, which you should do as soon as possible. An order cannot however be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
Item descriptions and photographs
We take great care to ensure all descriptions on the website are correct, and that any damage or wear that is above and beyond normal wear and tear for an antique item, is mentioned in the item description and so the item will be priced accordingly.
Return claims based on deviances between the item description and actual item will not be accepted. If you have any queries regarding the condition of an item please contact us prior to purchase for more information. All sizes and measurements are approximate. We make every effort that images match the relevant item as closely as possible but the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers can cause colour depiction to deviate from the actual item.
Our refund policy only applies if the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent, and within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item was materially not as described.
If you are unhappy with your item in any way then please contact us as soon as possible.
Circumstances beyond our control
GRANDADS LOFT reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend any contract of sale if events occur which are beyond our control including:- fire, floods, storms, lock-downs, riots, industrial action, or non-availability of materials or supplies. Grandads Loft specialises in Oddities.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
